The ensuite shower was moldy, and the overall lack of cleanliness in the room left something to be desired. The green light in the bedroom was disruptive at night, making it difficult to sleep. Towels appeared worn out, and the provided shower gel was of poor quality.

i had a wonderful stay at the ilchester arms during my trip to the city. the staff were incredibly accommodating and made my experience memorable. the food was delicious, especially breakfast, which was absolutely delightful.

there was no wifi in my room.
